With a range of certifications and qualifications, including being a National Trauma expert, Certified Traumatologist through the Traumatology Institute, Certified Mental Health Specialist, Bullying Prevention Specialist, and Trauma Crisis Specialist recognized by the American School Counselor’s Association, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my work. 

My exploration of functional medicine has led me to become a Board-Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, acknowledged by both the American Academy of Functional Health and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. This journey has allowed me to delve into the intricate connections between physical and psychological well-being, enriching my approach to trauma.
